Junior Traffic Planner (m/w/d)

Digital is fused across our core capabilities of Brand, Retail, CRM and Activation on Global and Local accounts.   • Use communication, tracking and collaboration systems to assign projects to Creative & Planning staff based on their availability and priorities and monitor progress/adjust as necessary
  • Create schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project; monitor and follows up on these inter-departmentally, communicating frequently with creative staff to ensure adequate progress
  • Report progress to Creative Services Manager
  • Understand advertising project turnarounds and lead times; address delays with creative problem solving and/or reassign projects before they hit critical points
  • Review project requests to ensure they are actionable; communicate with Creative Directors and Account Staff to gather information necessary for creative work to begin
  • Facilitate creative project kick-offs
  • Aid the Creative Services Manager to troubleshoot issues which surface during the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide progress updates from creative staff to account staff
  • Arrange and lead status meetings among accounts and creative staff to facilitate communication of updates and information
  • Review briefs and assess that all information required has been listed and ensure time allocations are correct
  • Balance goals of high quality for and efficient review of advertising pieces; continually monitor/make recommendations regarding aspects of review process, seeking feedback from others in this process
  • Manage online tracking system in its entirety, serving as an ambassador for the system and encouraging others to use it as instructed
  • Make necessary workflow updates, research improvements and innovations, and ensure it is kept updated
  • Assist the Creative Services Manager to oversee freelance operations and other third-party contractors
  • Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources/elements needed for their jobs; monitors progress and report to relevant staff
  • Proof advertising and special pieces where needed to ensure consistency across broad slate of deliverables
  • Write or help write process documentation for interdepartmental procedures
  • Help in the creation and management of collated creative libraries
  • Be a self-starter, able to understand and willing to own policies and procedures

  • Proficiency with various software and apps; experience with project management software (training will be provided in Microsoft Teams, Absence, Float etc)
  • One to three years’ experience managing high-volume traffic and collateral in a creative environment, in either an agency or a corporate setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business or creative field or equivalent work experience

Language Proficiency:
